Welcome to Maydora Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.S. ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You must not:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of our Services;
• Use our Services for any harmful or unlawful activity;
• Interfere with other users' use of our Services.

4. In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases that allow you to buy virtual items, currency, power-ups, subscriptions, or other digital content ("In-App Purchases") for use within the applicable application. By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to the following:

• All In-App Purchases are processed and charged through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Prices are displayed before you confirm any purchase, and all applicable taxes are determined by Apple in accordance with your region.
• All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so directly through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds on Apple's behalf.
• Virtual items, currency, or content obtained through In-App Purchases have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or real currency, and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold to other users. All In-App Purchases are licensed to you and are not your property.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove In-App Purchase content at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items due to account termination, application updates, or discontinuation of any application.
• You are responsible for managing any purchase restrictions on your device, including password settings and parental controls, to prevent unauthorized or accidental purchases.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of our Services may be available via subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property in our Services are the property of Maydora Teknoloji ve Ticaret A.S. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services. In the event of termination, you will lose access to any In-App Purchases associated with your account, and no refund will be provided unless required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality and disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, content, or data associated with In-App Purchases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
